While working in my family’s construction business, I realized there was no single app that could do everything I needed to manage my hourly workers’ time and pay.
I had no experience building a tech company from the ground up, but I was determined to be the one to fill that gap. I took the leap into entrepreneurship and launched a people management platform. I firmly believe that trusting your drive, determination, and instincts can lead to massive success in the entrepreneurial world, regardless of your prior experience. I am blessed that my business is growing and has given me and my family a comfortable life. I also work from home, so I get to spend more time with my family. I have a young family so having them by my side has been a blessing for me. Both of my boys are very active and love sports. I am also an avid sports fan so watching them play is something that makes me very happy. One of my sons is 11 years old and the other is 9 years old. They are both active in soccer, football, and wrestling. Their coaches are very supportive and encouraging to their players.
